Succession

In case the successor wants and is readies for passing a company, we prepare only necessary legal documents.

In other cases we offer the following services:

Passing a company/capital/knowledge to the next generation is a difficult process. Sometimes it takes a long time, sometimes circumstances require quick action. Conflicts, misunderstandings and lack of knowledge about the nature of succession can ruin this process irreparably. We make sure that the nestor can calmy withdraw, and the successor can find himself in the role of a new manager.

As part of our support during the succession, we provide the following services:

  1. Common Consultations with the senior and the successor with the participation of dr Jacek Jonasz Łaskawiec and optionaly with a psychologist.
  2. Working on the development strategy:
    • Visit to the client`s company
    • A session in AJM’s office during which SWOT analysis is performed, the mission of the company is transfered and the new vision is created.
    • AJM consultants prepare development strategies (marketing, financial and organizational) for the following years
  3. Preparation of legal documents, after a successful succession.

Together with the senior we prepare the company/capital/knowledge for its takeover by the successor.
